When I mess things up, I try to fix them.
Take the example of the reader survey I sent out only to find out that I’d set up the form to switch off after the first entry. Yeah, that didn’t help much.
So I’ve fixed it and I’m hoping you’re not so bothered about my mess up that you’ll still take part.
